FAQ & RETURNS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, built-to-order products and personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Return the item to us in its original condition along with this returns form within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a refund excluding original delivery fees.
There may be restocking fees on some products
All Items MUST be in the original packaging and have NOT been fitted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
If your item has arrived damaged we will need you to sign for the parcel as 'Damaged' as this is a vital part of being able to open a case with the courier.
If you are not able to see this until your order has been opened we will need to be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the package.
This can be via Email Or Phone call.
You can return this item back to us, Make sure when shipping the product back that it is securely packaged. If damage happens during transit, your refund may not be accepted.
The postage cost is the sole responsibility of the customer and this will not be refunded. There will also be a restocking charge on products.

This can usually take1-3 days to be processed and a further 3-5 days after this to appear in your bank account.
